Nope! Bobby was always gonna be the one. I just think he's so relentlessly cool looking and was stoked that he wasn't taken.
I actually can. In terms of his lore, he debuted as a heel in 2015, turned face, then heel again, then briefly face for his final night in his British indie fed, then debuted in the OWA as a heel. Myself and Kenny plan on making him the most irredeemable, nasty, evil heel imaginable though. So if he ever does turn face, it'll have to be waaaaay down the line and he'd have to come to a real moral crossroads. I would like to turn him eventually, just so he doesn't get stale.
Good question. I initially made her purely as an NPC to be background dressing in Nate's promos, but it seemed like a waste when the Goddess Division needed more members. If I can keep to deadlines then she won't be going anywhere. I've also toyed with the idea of her and Nate being a tag team at some point, as the OWA needs more intergender tag teams. If the workload ever gets too much, I won't retire her, but I'll write her out with an injury or something.

Some promo advice I'll probably never get to use but still want to ask: being you're one of the best promoers, how DO you do what you do? Do you go at it with a certain angle? Just fuckin write some BS from your character? What's the secret?
if airsoft guns were replaced by swords, what weapon would you use?

Has to be Nate. I put so much effort into his backstory, from his real life to his fictional wrestling career in a fake promotion that I created from scratch, he has a huge amount of lore behind him.
I have a few answers: Natalie, obviously. Gareth (I know Heart and Seoul are a thing but we promo so well as a tag team that I'd love to see an odd couple pairing between our mains). Someone with a Kyle O'Reilly PB to make your tag team renders easier.

Yo yo yo my fave dickhead.
I ask myself this every day, I'm up to my neck in convoluted storylines.
This is gonna sound mad weird but I act out every promo before I write it. I'll stand alone in a room, pace up and down and say the most nasty shit I can think of about my opponent, then I come up with a setting, a through-line, and a three-part structure and put it all together. It's always been my approach to creative writing and I think it's served me very well.
Probably a Revolutionary War cutlass with a silver pommel.
