His name was well known in Honduras; he is known as the King of Carnage due to the brute force he used to combat his foes. CASPIÁN is a man driven by success and power, wanting to use OWA as a way to make himself more powerful. He sees OWA as a business venture where his name will get out to millions, increasing his cartel's pull and influence throughout the globe. CASPIÁN is truly El Capitan de OWA.
