He believes that Bad News Bart was a poor GM and only cared about looking good to the shareholders, regardless of if talent were happy or not. Donny uses his veteran knowledge of the business to work closely with talent and make sure they're all happy, leading to him being well-liked by the wrestlers, fans and production crew. Nobody has a bad word to say about him (unless they're a heel with an axe to grind). He wants to give everyone the best show possible and to protect his roster. As such, he is hesitant to sign off on matches that could put people at risk of serious harm, but strives to take the necessary steps in resolving conflict.
