S (God Tier): One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Attack on Titan

A (Top Tier, could be just a little better): Naruto/Shippuden/Boruto, Demon Slayer, Hunter x Hunter, Death Note, One Punch Man

B (Really good but not top tier): Dr. Stone, Black Butler, Ao no Exorcist, Mob Psycho 100

C (Not that great but still fun to watch): Bleach, The Promised Neverland, My Hero Academia, Tokyo Ghoul, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Dragon Ball

Well, the only list I can make in this thread is how good their soundtracks are. I pretty much don't care about the actual story of the anime, because I don't really like anime. (Yes. a Japan enthusiast who doesn't like Anime. We do exist.) and if the openings and endings are good. That's well enough for me. Here's my list in no chronological order.
